THE WHALER
Luxurious beachfront condominium is prime location on the world famous Ka’anapali Beach ocean front unit, seventh floor, wrap around lanai: two bedroom (king size beds), two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, central air, stereo with CD and color television in every room with DVD/VCR players. The décor is Hawaiiana. You can view some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world from the lanai with the islands of Molokai to the right and Lanai to the left.
RECREATION AND LEISURE
There is the beautiful ocean and sand of Ka’anapali Beach, ocean front swimming pool and spa, as well as barbecue and picnic area, five tennis courts, fully equipped exercise room and sauna, also a full-service day spa and salon. Nearby is the championship Royal Ka’anapali Golf Course, three more world class golf courses are 15 minutes north in Kapalua, surfing, windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, big game fishing, jet skiing, and world famous whale watching.
SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS
Whaler’s Village, which is next door, offers numerous shops and exclusive designer boutiques. Excellent restaurants include the Hula Grill, and a Ka’anapali mainstay Leilani’s. There are also luxury resort hotels which include the Hyatt, Marriot, Sheraton, and Westin, which are all within walking distance, and offer additional restaurants and shopping. Historic Lahaina is ten minutes south and has a boardwalk which hosts dozens of elite boutiques as well as fine dining.

This is an ocean view from the front looking north toward Black Rock and the island of Molokai.
The lanai has a table, several chairs, 2 lounge chairs and side tables. Many spend morning coffee, noon lunch and unbelievable sunset dinners on the lanai.

THE LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room is newly furnished Hawaiiana style and hosts a 32" flat screen TV, DVD/VCR and a stereo with a CD player.
The sofa folds out to a queen size bed and there are 2 large sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai which has a full view of Ka'anapali Beach and the islands of Molokai and Lanai.
THE DINING ROOM
The dining room is newly furnished and has a sliding glass door that looks out to the island of Lanai.
THE MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a king size bed, furniture with lots of storage, a new TV and DVD/VCR player.
The sliding glass door opening to the
lanai allows spectacular ocean views from the bedroom as well.
The master bath includes a bath tub and shower along with the washer and dryer hidden away in a closet.
THE SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is also newly furnished Hawaiiana style, has plenty of storage, TV and DVD/VCR player, and a sliding glass door opening to the lanai with an ocean view that includes Black Rock and the island of Molokai.
The bathroom is 2 steps across the hall and has a shower.

The kitchen "puka" allows kitchen and living room interaction
along with ocean views through the sliding glass doors.
